    The first step is to get a clear understanding of your business, how your team likes working and what you want to achieve with your office furniture and layout. This helps us to tailor a plan that will suit your business long-term.
  2. Space Planning

    Part of the Modern Office fit-out design process includes floor planning. An expertly designed floor layout is essential to designing a great working environment; this is achieved by translating your practical needs for the space into a specific furniture plan that reflects these requirements. Using software, we prepare scaled drawings allowing you to accurately visualise the proposed office layout. Please contact us for a discussion and pricing options.
  3. Recommendations

    We identify the needs of your business and your individual tastes and combine them with our experience in office furniture and colour specification. The end result is a working environment unique to you that will inspire staff, increase productivity and reflect your brand.
  4. Delivery & Installation

    Our office furniture fit-out team manages the procurement, delivery and installation of your office furniture and technology. The emphasis is on speed and efficiency, to allow your staff to move in and start work immediately. Modern Office provides ongoing after-sales support and recommends a post-implementation meeting to review the installation once complete and in use.
  5. Support

    If things change, need updating or you get more staff on board we will keep working with you to ensure your workspace evolves along with your business.
