Boffa Miskell wanted a workspace that reflected their brand and working style. Working closely with Interior Architect, Bubble Interiors, they came up with an open-plan layout that provided for a more collaborative and flexible working environment. They also requested a light and bright space with natural elements to represent their area of work as landscape architects. The new office design and style meant they needed to move to a new space and Modern Office was contracted to meet their office furniture requirements within the new layout.
The shared Elevate height adjustable desks and Cloud task chairs were positioned in one corner of the office, creating a more traditional working space, while Okidoki stools, Brooklyn and Tau coffee tables and soft seating was positioned in other areas of the office, offering alternative spaces to work according to the tasks they were performing. The Tate stools and R2 ottomans were upholstered in bright, vibrant colours to add an element of fun and reflecting the easy going, informal personality of the Boffa Miskell team.
Light-filled meeting spaces were complimented by crisp white Alava chairs and natural wood tones of the Ikon conference table. The Luca bar leaner under the trellis creates another informal meeting space whilst still allowing the open plan feel.
