The process of working with WRC Hamilton started in 2018 for Modern Office, and as one of our largest projects to date, we’re extremely proud to see this come to fruition.

The concept design for our Morrison Kent project in Rotorua emphasises a light, warm, and simplistic space with a Scandinavian and zen-inspired feel. This design showcases two prominent visual elements - blonde timber and the use of white. The result is a sleek and effortless aesthetic with clean lines.

In collaboration with Tauranga's The Kollective and CBC Construction, Modern Office was able to provide furniture that was modern, functional, and stylish and included bright colours into the space reflecting their brand and vision.

Situated in a heritage villa in Auckland's Ponsonby, CannaPlus wanted a tranquil, retreat-like space which was light, airy, modern and inviting.

Boffa Miskell in Tauranga wanted a workspace that reflected their brand and working style. Working closely with Interior Architect, Bubble Interiors, they came up with an open plan layout that provided for a more collaborative and flexible working environment.

Modern Office were asked to supply 96 Silhouette workstations, chairs, meeting room tables and chairs, soft seating, reception counters and boardroom joinery, auction stage and storage for Bayleys new office in Tauranga within an agree time frame.

Future-proofing was carefully considered in this large-scale project for Seeka Tauranga, to allow for an evolving workspace as a result of change and growth which considered ergonomics and improved productivity whilst ensuring a contemporary and fresh feel.

How long does an office fit-out take?
