For their new office space, they worked with us to refresh their surroundings, taking advantage of the natural light their location in Judea provides. They also wanted to allow for breakout spaces and meeting rooms on both levels of their premises to encourage more team collaboration and relaxed spaces.
We followed a floor plan for Foster that took advantage of the spanning view over the Waikareao Estuary to Mount Maunganui, and chose products that matched the existing furniture they were retaining to ensure a cohesive feel. Their new space features several breakout spaces, stations for hot desks, and plenty of storage.
The products that we recommended for Foster’s Construction enhanced the clean and seamless style style of their office. We supplied Enhance desks with white frames and tops, grey desk screens for privacy and separation, and white tambours and planters for a more natural feel indoors. We used black frames and timber and ply table tops in their meeting and collaboration spaces for contrast and interest.
Foster’s Construction chose to work with us as they wanted a local supplier and Modern Office is an established local business in the Bay of Plenty. Our warehouse is locally based in Tauriko so future requirements are simple to source and our installation team also moved their existing furniture as part of our relocation service.
