VIEW PROJECT

Modern, fresh, and functional was the vision for Bayleys Mt Maunganui's new office space. The result is a serene and clutter-free environment for the team to work in which reflects Bayleys' professional brand and way of working.

The process of working with WRC started in 2018 for Modern Office, and as one of our largest projects to date, we’re extremely proud to see this come to fruition.

The concept design for this project provided a space that was light, warm, simple with a scandi zen feel that consisted of two strong visual elements – blond timber and the use of white. The result is clean lines and a simple and effortless look.

The Kollective is a space for people to share, collaborate and work alongside like-minded people. A place where everyone you meet exudes a passion for their community, for culture, and the value in the services they provide.In collaboration with The Kollective and CBC Construction, Modern Office was able to provide furniture that was modern, functional, and stylish and included bright colours into the space reflecting their brand and vision.

Situated in a heritage villa in Ponsonby, CannaPlus wanted a tranquil, retreat-like space which was light, airy, modern and inviting.

Boffa Miskell wanted a workspace that reflected their brand and working style. Working closely with Interior Architect, Bubble Interiors, they came up with an open plan layout that provided for a more collaborative and flexible working environment.

Modern Office were asked to supply 96 Silhouette workstations, chairs, meeting room tables and chairs, soft seating, reception counters and boardroom joinery, auction stage and storage for Bayleys new office at 247 Cameron Road, Tauranga within an agree time frame.

Requiring an office upgrade to accommodate recent growth, Seeka moved its head office from Te Puke to the iconic Kiwi 360 building which was completely refurbished. Future-proofing was carefully considered in this large-scale project, to allow for an evolving workspace as a result of change and growth which considered ergonomics and improved productivity whilst ensuring a contemporary and fresh feel.

Wanting to put Harcourts Opotiki on the map, the franchise owner undertook the conversion of an adjacent old warehouse into stylish new office premises. Modern Office supplied some key items that reflected a cool and casual style with pops of colour against neutral backgrounds.

Modern Office submitted a tender based on the Architect's floor plan and we were awarded the tender based on our ability to supply a complete solution with furniture items that were of high quality and good design.

Bayleys New Plymouth opted for a complete furniture makeover for their new offices and auction rooms situated on the corner of Courtney and Currie Street in New Plymouth. Working alongside Project Managers from Platform Group, Modern Office ensured a seamless harmony of colours throughout the building, creating a unique and personalised solution.

The Modern Office team was proud to work with HSM Group in Hastings to create a modern and colourful space for their team. We provided furniture items that added functionality and colour to create an inviting and warm feel.

Working alongside GJ Gardner to help them refurbish their new building; designed by Architect Mark Wassung, we were able to create an open plan office that was stylish and modern, all while maximising space. .

BBC wanted multifunctional spaces that lended themselves to collaboration, quiet and focused work or just a communal space to sit back with a coffee.

Modern Office was given the opportunity to complete a fit out for Vulcan Steel 14 years ago. Vulcan asked us to work with them again to find the right solution to modernise the space and add additional desks to the same footprint.
